The Wofford ROTC Program partners with other colleges and universities. You are able to join the Southern Guards Battalion even if you’re not attending Wofford College. Our program offers the unique ability to attend college at Converse University and the University of South Carolina Upstate as a full-time student while enrolled in our Army ROTC program. Students receive the same opportunities as students who are pursuing a degree at our host location here at Wofford. We consistently commission Cadets out of our partnership schools into the National Guard, Army Reserves, and into the Active Army.
