Mission statement:
The Office of Undergraduate Research provides support to all aspects of undergraduate research and other creative activities in which students and faculty are collaborative partners in scholarly/creative projects.
The office is committed to:
- providing support for campus conferences and events in which student scholarship is showcased.
- assisting faculty and staff members in learning more about mentoring students in research and other creative projects.
- collaborating with faculty, staff and students to support and strengthen undergraduate research.
- advocating for full and equitable participation of students and faculty members in undergraduate research.
- strengthening and supporting the faculty-student collaborative summer research program.
