This committee will regularly work with the Office for Civil Rights, Compliance and Community Initiatives and the Admission Office to support programming, initiatives and policies that promote equity and belonging.
The Facility and Sustainability Affairs Committee is designed to inform students about changes across campus while addressing their suggestions and complaints with college leaders, including their sustainability-related suggestions and concerns. Supplies paper for student printers around campus. Works on sustainability and recycling projects on campus.
The Financial Affairs Committee analyzes and reports the financial position of the Campus Union Assembly. Its members are primarily responsible for hearing and making recommendations on all proposals related to the allocation of Campus Union funds to chartered organizations on campus and various projects.
The purpose of this committee is to encourage and promote awareness of the Department of Campus Safety and the Wellness Center initiatives, programs and services, as well as to expand and share the responsibility of sustaining a healthy and crime-free community. This committee meets and works regularly with faculty, Campus Safety and the Wellness Center to promote programs and services to the student body. Organizes Car Maintenance Week in partnership with Campus Safety. Hosts “Meet the Officers” events to connect students with Campus Safety. Supplies hygiene products in campus bathrooms.
