The Village
The Village apartments offer residents beautiful Charlestonian-style housing with porches or balconies. The houses are colorful, modern and clustered around community-building gathering spaces such as a sand volleyball court, outdoor concert venue, open lawns, grills and tennis courts. Each apartment has a full kitchen (appliances included) so students can begin transitioning from college student to successful graduate. The Village was recognized with a Merit Award in the 27th Annual Builder's Choice Design & Planning Awards presented by Builder magazine. The Village won in the category of "Best Site Plan."
All Wofford residence halls and apartments are fully wired and have free laundry facilities, recycling receptacles, safety lighting, group gathering spaces and a team of resident assistants, who provide support as well as community-building and educational programming.
