Meet Lydia Estes ’20

Lydia Estes ’20, a native of Carlisle, Pa., was named the college’s Presidential International Scholar during Honors Convocation on May 8, 2018. She is a Spanish and art history major with a minor in government.

Estes traveled during the summer and fall of 2018 conducting independent research on their self-selected topic of “The Role of Art in Women's Rights Movements in Latin America.”
