What attracted you to Wofford?

The fact that it was a small school, where I could get to know my professors and classmates.  Being a shier person, I wanted a school that could offer a more personalized experience that focused on the individual.  I also liked the look of the campus through the virtual tour and was offered a merit scholarship.

What is your favorite Wofford memory?

The first winter that we had snow at Wofford.  I remember playing with my friends in the snow and enjoying an event that I had never been able to enjoy in my home country.

What do you feel Wofford has done to help facilitate your future after Wofford?

Pursuing a liberal arts education has allowed me more of an opportunity to pursue what I really wanted to do.  I came into university thinking I would pursue Biology, but after taking different courses in the sciences I found that I really liked Chemistry better.  I also have liked taking courses in other fields like Philosophy and Art, which I think have helped me learn to better express myself.  Lastly I have really enjoyed the great connections I have made with my professors, who I felt have assisted and pushed me to be a better learner.
