The partnership with CRPCUSA and Wofford College has been wonderful. We have enjoyed the tours and listening to the students’ ideas and explanations of programming they have created with the community. The students are always engaged in doing something good for the community, providing sustainable programs that will make a difference. We know the research that they do and have done will result in change for the good of each community they are involved in. Thanks again for this partnership and for making Spartanburg a better place to live. One day they can tell their children they can be empowered to make a difference in their own community, too.

Jacqueline and Eliana from the Sustainability Seminar course have been such a blessing to Broken but Healed. I first met them in December at TK Gregg, where they introduced Queens’ Club to the community. Since then, we have been in contact regarding their goals, mission and ideas for continuous improvement and growth. Recently, they completed an empowerment activity for 40 girls at our fourth annual Princess to Queen Girl Empowerment Day. The goal of this event is to empower, encourage and enrich the lives of young girls. It is our goal that in this short time period, each girl will leave more empowered to make good choices while realizing her value and potential. During this event, Jacqueline and Eliana facilitated a vision board activity with each of the girls. They were engaged, full of energy and very thorough. We heard great remarks from the girls the remainder of the day and many of them did not want to stop working on their board. Again, thank you both for all that you do for young girls and the community at large. We look forward to our continued partnership.
