Rules of participation: All Wofford College alumni are eligible to enter up to three pieces of original work created since graduation and completed within the last five years. The exhibition will be held in the Richardson Family Gallery in the Rosalind Sallenger Richardson Center for the Arts. Due to limited space, all work entered should be no larger than 48 inches on any side, including a frame. At least one piece will be considered for the exhibition.

Hanging and display requirements: Make sure all artwork is framed and/or ready to hang and display (hardware attached on back). Include instructions for wall-mounted sculptures or other work with specific installation requirements.

Insurance: Wofford College will assume responsibility for artwork during the exhibition while in the gallery, but does not assume any liability in any other location or in the shipment. The artist must be able to provide a third-party appraisal for each piece on display to be covered under the Wofford College insurance program. Otherwise, artists must insure their own work.

Sales: Work may be priced for sale. The artist will receive 80% of any work sold during the exhibition and 20% commission will benefit the Wofford College Studio Art Program, awards and museum programming. If work is not for sale, please make sure to list an insurance value.

Agreement: Wofford College and gallery committee reserve the right to remove any artwork that is deemed improperly presented, unsafe, damaged, or fails to meet the size limitations and framing or hanging standards. If your work utilizes AI, please provide a brief written description of how you are engaging with AI in your practice as a material or concept. Only works that are transformative and thoughtfully engage the technology will be considered. Digital works that utilize AI must be cited in the material description of the work.

Participation in the exhibition constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant to all conditions set forth in this prospectus. Wofford College reserves the right to reproduce any work in the exhibition for publicity purposes.
