    At Wofford, students specializing in mathematics will study a core curriculum of calculus, linear algebra, and computing. They will complete a twelve-course major by choosing from courses in operations research, discrete models, numerical methods, probability, statistics, geometry, analysis and abstract algebra. Many Mathematics majors also elect to complete an emphasis in Computational Science.
