SUNDAY, MAY 16

Commencement Exercises 9:30 a.m., Gibbs Stadium
Seniors wear caps and gowns and will line up alphabetically by degree. Marshals will assist. Others should dress for the weather.
This is a ticketed event. Each member of the Class of 2021 will receive four tickets. In case of severe weather, Commencement will be streamed live with seating and viewing available in several locations on campus. Only graduates will be allowed in the Jerry Richardson Indoor Stadium for the Commencement ceremony.

Community and campus visitors are expected to adhere to the college’s expectations of guests during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the wearing of masks/face coverings and to practice social distancing. Graduates and guests should not attend Commencement Weekend events if they are sick. Attendees should leave events if they begin to experience fever, coughing and shortness of breath.

Gatherings on Campus

Prior to Commencement Weekend, individuals or families who wish to gather on campus must have approval from John Blair, director of conference services, blairji@wofford.edu, 864-597-4404.

Go Green

Visitors are asked to join Wofford in recycling paper, plastic and aluminum. Please use the proper containers positioned throughout the campus.

First Aid Station

A first aid station with health care providers from the Wofford Wellness Center will be available during the Baccalaureate Service and Commencement Exercises. A Wofford staff member or college marshal should be able to assist.
