Join us for Creative Trajectories: Wofford Alumni in the Arts, a panel discussion exploring the creative careers of Wofford alumni and the ways their Wofford experience shaped their professional journeys. Panelists include alumni Annie Heisel ’24, Kate Timbes ’23 and Solana Rostick ’23, along with Richardson Family Art Museum curator Youmi Efurd, moderated by Jessica Scott-Felder.
The program is presented in conjunction with Reject The Null, an exhibition curated by Annie Heisel and featuring artwork by Kate Timbes alongside that of other artists, on view Sept. 1-Dec. 11. Together, the exhibition and panel highlight the diverse creative practices and professional paths of Wofford alumni.
The panel begins at 5 p.m. in room 112, with a reception following at 6 p.m. in the Café space.

Take a special behind-the-scenes tour of the Richardson Family Art Museum and get a rare look at spaces usually closed to the public. During this Homecoming event, visitors will explore the art center and museum storage to see how the college’s permanent collection is cared for, organized and prepared for exhibitions and classes. From paintings and prints to sculptures and unexpected finds, you’ll discover how artworks live beyond the gallery walls. It’s a fun and informal way to reconnect with campus, learn something new and see the museum from a whole new perspective. Space is limited to 30 guests.
Barrels & Bites: A Terrier Tasting

Join us for a one-of-a-kind Homecoming experience featuring food, flavor and spirits. First, Jason Marshall, director of culinary services for AVI Foodsystems, will guide guests in creating three delicious food pairings. Then, Dr. Zach Davis, associate professor of chemistry, will lead a tasting of whiskey, bourbon and Scotch, exploring how each spirit complements the flavors of the dishes.

Terriers in Healthcare: Paths, Perspectives & Possibilities

Join us for a moderated panel featuring recent Wofford graduates representing a variety of healthcare professions, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, dentistry, medical and more. Learn about their educational journeys, career paths and gain valuable perspective for exploring careers in healthcare. Following the panel, there will be a networking session for panelists, students and registered alumni.
Take a Swing with Wofford Golf
Location: Golf Locker Room, Jerome Johnson Richardson Hall
Get tips from Wofford men’s golf coach Todd Eckstein and women’s golf coach Angie Ridgeway during a hands-on coaching session using Wofford’s golf simulator. Practice your swing, sharpen your skills and learn from the Terrier golf coaches.

Join us during Homecoming Weekend as the Wofford men’s basketball team takes on the Virginia Tech Hokies in a special exhibition matchup honoring the legacy of former Terrier head coach Mike Young. During his 30 years at Wofford, including 17 seasons as head coach, Young became the winningest coach in program history and led the Terriers to five NCAA Tournament appearances.
