Albergotti is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Dunean Capital Management. As CEO, he oversees the firm’s overall direction and investment strategy. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and investment, Albergotti specializes in investment sales and land acquisitions across the Southeast. Throughout his career, he has played an integral role in all areas of commercial real estate, including deal sourcing, underwriting, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions. His expertise, coupled with the integrity of his business practices, has contributed to his involvement in more than $750 million in real estate transactions.

A native of Anderson, S.C., Albergotti graduated from Wofford College with a degree in business economics. Following his graduation, he honorably served as a commissioned logistics officer in the Army National Guard. He now resides in Greenville, S.C., with his wife, Allen, and their three children.

Bridgers serves as the president and CEO of McCrory Construction, transitioning from his previous role as vice president of business development. He supports the chairman and executive team in the implementation of the company’s strategic plan and vision as it moves into its second century in business.

After joining McCrory in 2007, Bridgers quickly began shaping the business development strategy that the company employs to this day. Central to his sales and marketing focus was cultivating core client relationships in strategic markets. Under his leadership, McCrory has significantly increased its impressive list of private and public sector clients, many with ongoing building programs.

Bridgers earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics from Wofford College in 2001. He is a graduate of Leadership South Carolina’s Class of 2015, as well as Leadership Columbia’s Class of 2010. Bridgers lives in downtown Columbia with his wife and three children.

Caldwell serves as the BCA chief counsel for Spirit Aerosystems Integration. In this role, he is the lead Business Unit counsel for the Wichita, Kansas, and Tulsa, Oklahoma, sites, supporting approximately 13,000 employees and addressing a wide range of legal issues arising from the sites’ critical work on Boeing’s 737, 777 and 787 programs, as well as their aftermarket and defense programs. Prior to this position, Caldwell served as senior counsel for mobility surveillance and bombers within the Boeing Defense, Space & Security business unit, where he oversaw the legal needs associated with the U.S. and international AWACS programs, international direct contract sale AEW&C, executive transport services and support, and foreign head of state aircraft.

Fleming is an accomplished, award-winning homebrewer who also has completed the Institute of Brewing & Distilling’s General Certificate in Brewing. Beyond brewing, he has held leadership roles in healthcare administration, leading one of the nation’s largest healthcare consultancies and developing technology platforms that support patients, providers, insurers and employers. Fleming’s roots trace to rural South Carolina and the mountains of western North Carolina. He grew up hearing his Grandaddy’s stories about running moonshine to Raleigh while attending NC State, including the time he was caught and brought before a disciplinary board — most of whom, he joked, were his regular customers. When Fleming shared his plans for Commonhouse Aleworks, his father responded in typical fashion: “Well, you know you’re going to have to pay the Revenuers their due.”

Originally from Guyton, Ga., Goldwire is now a resident of Matthews, N.C., and serves as President of Atrium Health Union West Hospital located in Matthews and Atrium Health Anson Hospital located in Wadesboro, N.C. Goldwire also supports the operations of the Atrium Health Surgery Center located in Indian Trail, N.C. In the role of president, Goldwire is responsible for overall strategic direction and operational planning for these medical campuses and fosters collaboration between the administrative team, service line leadership, medical staff and frontline leadership.

Goldwire is described as a diplomatic, consensus-building healthcare executive proven in driving positive change in a dynamic healthcare environment. He possesses a collaborative approach to problem-solving and is skilled in defining and executing strategies with enterprise-wide scope of impact. He has achieved highly transferable successes in service line development across multiple healthcare settings and demonstrates a background of empowering, energizing and directing diverse teams toward organizational goals.

Goldwire has over 10 years of executive experience in healthcare leadership positions across North Carolina and South Carolina. He possesses a Master of Health Administration and Policy from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in economics from Wofford College. Goldwire enjoys sports and played football at Wofford College. (Go T-dogs!) When not busy professionally, Seth enjoys quality time with his wife Crissy and four children: Adeline (7), Glory (6), Blythe (3) and Beau (6 months).

Habib spent years running political campaigns at every level, from the county courthouse to the White House. Along the way, he and his college roommate, Brad Hamilton, launched Politexts, a software company built specifically for political campaigns and organizations. Today, Politexts powers outreach for many of the biggest names in polling, campaign management and political fundraising.

Jeresaty is hedge fund analyst at Luxor Capital Group in New York, where he focuses on Technology and Internet investing. Before Luxor, Jeresaty was an investment banking analyst at William Blair in Chicago working on public company M&A. He graduated from Wofford College in 2020 with a degree in economics and finance.

Lemon is an accomplished patent attorney and startup leader with over two decades of experience in intellectual property, strategic planning and corporate governance. In view of her vast experience and current roles, she drives innovation and investor relations while safeguarding IP assets. Her varied board experience showcases her expertise in risk management, due diligence and organizational growth. Recognized in The Best Lawyers of America (2015-25), North Carolina Legal Elite (2014, 2019, 2021-26) including IP Category Winner and Hall of Fame (2026) and North Carolina Super Lawyers (2021-25), and as a 2020 Triangle Business Journal Women in Business Award winner, Lemon brings a unique blend of legal, scientific and entrepreneurial insight to advance mission-driven organizations. Lemon is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and New York and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Meadors has spent most of his 38-year career prosecuting murder cases in the courtrooms of South Carolina. He has served as an assistant solicitor, assistant attorney general, special assistant U.S. attorney, first assistant solicitor, senior assistant solicitor and deputy solicitor in the S.C. Attorney General’s Office and the Third and Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office from 1987-2022. He also worked for McWhirter, Bellinger & Assoc. from 2011-22. In December 2022, Meadors was hired by S.C. Attorney General Alan Wilson as a special assistant attorney general. He also is the prosecutor for the Sumter Police Department.

In 1989, Meadors received the Victim-Witness Assistant of the Year award from the State of Maryland for his work on a murder case involving a Maryland resident. He was awarded the Ernest F. Hollings Award for Excellence in State Prosecution in 2005. He has spoken at numerous seminars, criminal law updates and the American Bar Association Litigation Section Conference. He is a 1983 graduate of Wofford College, where he served as student body president. He received his Juris Doctor from the USC School of Law in 1987. He is married to Tricia, and they have four children: Blakely, Maggie, John Jr. (Salley) and Perry.

Mungo is executive chairman of Mungo Homes, a major regional builder operating in 10 markets across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Viriginia. In 2024, the company closed 3,600+ homes with $1.3B in revenue and over 600 employees.

A Wofford College graduate, Mungo joined the family business in the 1980s and helped grow it into one of the nation’s largest and most awarded private builders, including America’s Best Builder in 2011. He led its 2018 sale to Clayton Properties Group (Berkshire Hathaway) and served as CEO until 2025. He is an unlimited general contractor, one of South Carolina’s first Certified Master Builders and past president of both state and Columbia home builder associations.

Mungo serves on the Roper St. Francis Foundation Executive Committee, the Wofford College Board of Trustees and chairs multiple Mungo family foundations. His past service includes roles with the Federal Reserve’s SC Advisory Board, Lexington Medical Center, EdVenture Children’s Museum, chambers of commerce, Synovus Bank and the SC Governor’s Cup Billfish Series.

Plumb was a career member of the U.S. Foreign Service from 2002 to 2014. She served in Namibia, Pakistan and Cyprus, as well as in the Bureau of African Affairs in Washington, D.C. Before joining the State Department, Plumb worked in the Office of External Relations at NASA. She is the author of There Must Be Some Mistake, a weekly Substack newsletter in which she writes about the latest trends in literature, film, fashion, art and travel. She holds a B.A. from Wofford College and an M.S. from Georgetown University.

Powell is a strategic development leader and chief revenue officer at Blood Cancer United, overseeing all revenue generation, including corporate partnerships, philanthropy, peer-to-peer fundraising and digital and community campaigns. She joined in 2015 as SVP of the Light The Night campaign, driving record growth and industry recognition. Under her leadership, Blood Cancer United achieved consistent revenue growth, launched the Business Development department ($50M in FY2024), expanded Student Visionaries of the Year nationally ($45M+ annually) and created the Dare to Dream Team for pediatric cancer.

Powell has been recognized as a top nonprofit leader, a thought leader in fundraising and a speaker at industry conferences. She serves on the CDO Council through Salesforce and is a past president of Wofford College’s alumni board. Previously, she was national director of Heart Walk field revenue at the American Heart Association. Powell holds a B.A. from Wofford College and an M.A. in communication from Wake Forest University.

Tucker is the development specialist at NMAC. In this role, she cultivates stakeholder relationships, strengthens community partnerships, manages grants and provides logistical support to increase revenue — all in service of NMAC’s mission to end the HIV epidemic. A recent career highlight includes coordinating a meet-and-greet with Magic Johnson. An emerging public health professional, Tucker brings extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. She previously served as a program coordinator for the Health, Medicine & Society program at the Aspen Institute. She is passionate about advancing health equity, community engagement and advocacy. A native of Ridgeway, South Carolina, Tucker holds a B.S. in biology with a minor in studio art from Wofford College. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, creating art, connecting with her community and engaging with the arts in Washington, D.C.

West is the chief executive officer of Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) in Greenville, S.C., with over 38 years of experience in the water industry. She has previously held leadership roles including director of program management at AECOM, COO of Greenville Water and Spartanburg Water, COO of ReWa and president of RFW Consulting Services LLC.

West served from 2008 to 2009 as president of the Water Environment Federation, an international organization representing over 35,000 water professionals. She is a WEF Fellow and a Leadership SC alumna and served on the USEPA’s Climate Ready Utility Task Force to guide water utilities in addressing climate change.

West currently serves on the boards of Cleanwater1, the SC Water Quality Association and Ten At The Top.

Williams has served as president of Chubb Benefits since May 2021, overseeing operations and growth strategies for its U.S., Canadian and Workplace Solutions business units. Chubb Benefits offers group and voluntary insurance, including accident, sickness, critical care, disability, hospital indemnity and life coverage.

Previously, Williams was a core member of Aflac’s global executive team, most recently as president of Aflac Group Benefits, and has held leadership roles at Unum U.S., Colonial Life and Aetna. An actuary by training, he is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He holds a B.A. from Wofford College, an M.A. in mathematics from Wake Forest University and a Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of South Carolina.

Wiseman graduated from Wofford in 2022 and immediately joined Bank of America through the Technology Analyst Program. Following the completion of the program she was given a role as a software engineer and later was promoted to assistant vice president on her team in Chicago.
