SC director of insurance to speak at Wofford March 24

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – South Carolina Director of Insurance Eleanor Kitzman will be the featured speaker at a Women’s History Month program at Wofford College on Thursday, March 24. The 11 a.m. program in the McMillan Theater in the Campus Life building is free and open to the public.
Kitzman, founder of Driver’s Choice Insurance Services, an automobile insurance organizations, was appointed director of insurance last month by S.C. Gov. Mark Sanford.
She will speak on "Playing to Win with Passion and Purpose."
Kitzman previously held management positions with several insurers and reinsurers, and practiced law with the Austin, Tex., office of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld.
Kitzman received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston in 1984 and graduated cum laude from South Texas College of Law in 1986.
