Guitarist Scott Bryan to Perform Thursday

SPARTANBURG, SC—After five years touring with the Sheryl Crow Band, guitarist Scott Bryan has gone solo. He will perform on Thursday, Jan. 24, at Wofford College.

The 7 p.m. performance in the Papadopoulos Building is free and open to the public. It is part of Wofford’s Troubadour Series.

Bryan, an Emmy-winning composer/producer and multi-instrumentalist, began touring with Sheryl Crow in 1993. He has shared the stage with the likes of Eric Clapton, the Allman Brothers Band, the Rolling Stones, Elton John, Bob Bylan, Emmy Lou Harris, Peter Mayer, James Taylor, Jacob Dylan and the Wall Flowers, Joan Osbone, Don Henley, Joe Cocker, Black Crowes and the Eagles. He has appeared on the “Today Show,” “Tonight Show,” “Late Night with David Letterman,” “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Special,” and “Rosie O’Donnell Show.”

He received an Emmy Award for a Young and Rubican Composition/Production.
