Students and/or parents needing an enrollment verification form for insurance purposes may request one online through Wofford's BannerWeb.
Follow these steps to obtain an enrollment verification form:
- Log on to myWofford.
- Go to the Student Tab.
- Click on Banner Self Service in the BannerWeb Channel.
- Click on Student.
- Click Student Records.
- Click Enrollment Verification.
You will be directed to the National Student Clearinghouse page which handles enrollment verification for the college. You will be prompted for identifying information.
The verification document will be available immediately for printing.
There is no charge for this service.
