Student Right to Know Act

The Student Right to Know Act requires colleges and universities to disclose to consumers the following information:

  • Graduation rates of degree-seeking, full-time, first time undergraduate students
  • Transfer rates of degree-seeking, full-time, first time undergraduate students
  • Graduation rates of student athletes**
  • Transfer rates of student athletes

Wofford College reports this data yearly through the National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES). This information, as well as additional data regarding admissions, tuition/fees, financial aid, campus safety, etc., is available through the NCES College Navigator website.

**The institution must provide student-athlete graduation rate information to potential student-athletes, their parent(s), their high school coaches and guidance counselors upon making an offer of athletics aid.
