Dual Degree 4-2 (Bachelors-Masters) Alternative

An alternate path to becoming an engineer offers four years at Wofford followed by a master’s degree in engineering. Some universities, such as  Columbia University, refer to this as a 4-2 master of science program. Students interested in this option typically major in physics, chemistry or mathematics at Wofford, then apply to the graduate school of their choice. Students should consult engineering program websites and talk with the Wofford liaison officer as soon as possible to begin the proper sequence of courses.
