Wofford STARTS, Music instructor Christi Sellars launched Wofford STARTS (Students in the Arts) in 2003. The program brings students from Spartanburg's Boys and Girls Clubs to campus once a month to learn about visual art, music and theater from Wofford students.
Special Tours, The choral groups perform at, tour or attend music festivals each year. Destinations have included Mexico, Italy, Bermuda, the Bahamas, London and special concerts at Carnegie Hall in New York. The Wofford Singers have toured Italy, singing in Rome, Florence and Venice. In Rome, the group sang in St. Peter's Basilica.
