Real Estate Club

The Wofford Real Estate Club is a student-led organization dedicated to immersing Terriers in the dynamic world of real estate to prepare them for careers in this multifaceted industry. Founded to bridge the gap between a liberal arts education and professional opportunities, our club provides a platform for students to explore real estate through education, networking and hands-on experiences. Welcoming students from all majors, we foster curiosity and skill development in areas such as property development, investment, urban planning and real estate finance.

Proudly sponsored by NAI Earle Furman, a leading commercial real estate brokerage in the Southeast, the club benefits from its generous financial support and access to real-world financial data. This partnership enables students to analyze, underwrite and develop sophisticated financial models for actual properties, offering unparalleled practical experience.
