How to Apply
- View available Interim 2025 Travel/Study programs and fees.
- Apply online via the 2025 Interim Travel/Study application portal. To access the application, select your preferred program and click "Apply Now" to begin your online application. You will see a list of required tasks/materials. The application deadline for priority consideration is Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 11:59 pm. After this date, applications for available programs will reopen on May 10. Applications will be considered on a rolling admission basis as space remains until Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm. There is no cost to apply! Please note that students are only permitted to have one active program application in the system.
- Await application status change. After the priority consideration deadline on May 2, the program sponsor will consider all applications for admission to their program in alignment with the program's selection criteria. Once the sponsor has selected program participants, application statuses will be updated. From May 10 onward, applications will be considered on a rolling basis as space remains available each program or until the final application deadline on September 15, 2024. Those not selected to participate in their first-choice program will be able to transfer their application materials to be considered for admission to an alternate program with available space.
- Registration. The Office of International Programs will register students for the appropriate Interim Travel/Study program.
