IT Help Center
The IT Help Center provides support for campus technology, including Wofford-owned computers, classroom and public labs, and standard software. IT Help Center staff help students connect to the Wofford network and can help with questions about Wofford information technology services.

For Fall 2020 the IT Help Center is open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., by appointment only. After 5 p.m., please email the IT Help Center at firstname.lastname@example.org., or call 864-597-4357 and leave a message. Students, faculty and staff on campus now can submit and see the status of ITS requests on myWofford.
Weekly Maintenance Windows
ITS strives to schedule upgrades at times that are the least disruptive to the campus community. The weekly upgrade times are:
- Wednesday: 1-7 a.m.
- Saturday: 6-10 a.m.
Please remain vigilant about the security of your computer and electronic information. We continue to see reports of phishing, ransomware and other email scams targeting colleges. Remember: emails about Wofford Information Technology Services will come in the IT Help Center template and will not ask you to provide electronic information.
