Honorary Degree Nomination Form

The current form is designed to provide information about the honoree in order to facilitate the deliberations of the Honorary Degrees Committee. Please provide as much information as you can. The more information provided, the more likely the honoree will be selected. If you prefer, you may compose your answers to the form in a separate word processing system. You will then need to copy and paste your responses into the appropriate fields of this form. Please note that in addition to this form, up to 3 supporting letters of recommendation would be helpful. These letters can be mailed or emailed to the President's Office, Wofford College, 429 North Church Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303-3663. The deadline for all submissions is October 31.
