Campus will come alive with familiar faces during Homecoming, Oct. 15-17, as Terriers return to Wofford College for a weekend of traditions, connections and celebration.
The Wofford College Alumni Association will honor four graduates for leadership, service and professional achievements during the Alumni Service Awards, held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 17, on the front lawn of the Kilgo-Clinkscales Alumni House.
Plenty of new events are on the schedule this year on top of annual favorites like Sip & Stroll, A Night on Campus Drive and the football game.
Dr. Jay Dowd will give a welcome address on Friday, Oct. 16, in Leonard Auditorium in his first Homecoming as the 12th president of Wofford College. Later that afternoon, discover something new by going behind the scenes of the Rosalind Sallenger Richardson Center for the Arts, tasting interesting bites and pours, learning from alumni in healthcare fields or getting golf tips from Wofford’s head golf coaches Todd Eckstein and Angie Ridgeway (space is limited).
Reunions will be held for classes with years ending in 1 or 6. Below is the Homecoming schedule, as well as bios for Alumni Association award winners. To register or learn more about each event, visit wofford.edu/homecoming.
