Quick Facts about The Village

During the 2006-2007 academic year, Phase I of the apartment-style housing program ushered in a new era in student residential life at the college. With the completion of Phase IV in the fall of 2009 the Village will house 348 students. This number of beds will be able to accommodate all members of the senior class.

All seniors have an apartment option at no extra charge.

Ron Smith of McMillan Smith and Partners is the architect of the village. Rick Webel of Innocenti and Webel in New York is the landscape architect.

1200 square feet per apartment, four private bedrooms, two full baths, full size kitchen, furnished dining area, large front porch or balcony with rocking chairs, electronic card key access, cable tv, high speed internet, and phone service for each student, spacious living/dining/kitchen area with chair rail and crown molding.
