Bill Cochran is a throwback. His business acumen is substantial and his ethical foundations even more so. During his 40-year+ career in financial services and operations, he’s witnessed the good, the bad and the ugly of leadership and shaped his philosophy around a simple but very effective mantra: Do the right thing… always. Bill’s four decades in business were spent with two companies: GMAC (now Ally Bank) and Baker Motor Company. He’s an expert in operational excellence and an effective turnaround artist. He believes the way you treat others will determine your success or failure. He and his wife of 52 years are retired in Charleston, SC, where he plays golf regularly.
