Special Raspberry Pi & Python Meetup
We'll be having a special meetup in The Space at Wofford College. This meet up will be appropriate for all ages and backgrounds. Folks interested in data collection applications and experiments are especially encouraged to attend. This will be the first in a series of meet ups that will help folks interested in prototyping hardware/software solutions get started. First Access Networking & Interview Event
10:30 a.m. (networking). Interviews by appointment.
This is Wofford's largest networking and interviewing event for students, and one you won't want to miss. A variety of employers will be on campus to meet with students and discuss upcoming jobs and internships. You'll need to have a resume prepared, so don't wait until the last minute to register! The Junior Experience
9:30 am - 2:00 pm

Southern Teachers Agency Interviews
All Day

Southern Teachers Agency will be on campus to interview students. Resumes are due by October 15 and need to emailed to recruiter@southernteachers.com

The interviews will be conducted in The Space and will take place all day (times will be scheduled with the recruiter, not through The Space).

What's it like to work in City Government/Public Administration?
11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Please join The Space and the Government Department for a talk on professional development by Spartanburg Assistant City Manager Chris Story. Taco Dog will cater lunch. This is a great opportunity to learn about opportunities in city government and public administration. We'll meet in Room 113 of the Michael S. Brown Village Center.

The Space Team will be in The Acorn Cafe to answer your questions about internships! No appointment necessary: we'll be looking over resumes, showing how to use Terrierlink and giving handouts on how to search for internships.

SCICU Career Connections Job/Internship Fair (Columbia, SC)
9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Seniors here is your chance to get a head start on networking and interviewing for jobs! Attend Career Connections in Columbia, SC and interview with over 50 employers. Resumes are due to Rebecca Parker at parkerrm@wofford.edu by January 21st. The event lasts all day with networking in the morning and interviews in the afternoon.
