Register for On-Campus Housing
Students enrolled in Summer School will be housed in Wofford's award winning Village. With a range of amenities including a sand-volleyball pit, basketball court, bocce ball pitch, and vast lawns, the Village is more than just summer housing, it's a first-rate residential community. Living in the village is an experience usually reserved for seniors, but this summer we are pleased to offer it to Summer School students of all classes.
No tuition charge will be made for a course or courses officially dropped in the Registrar’s Office on or before Tuesday, June 7 in the first term and Tuesday, July 8 in the second term. No tuition refund will be made for a course or courses dropped after that day.
Room and Board
If a student withdraws completely from either summer term within the first two weeks of the term, charges for that term’s room and board will be prorated by the Business Office according to length of the residence. After the first two weeks of the term there will be no refund on room and board.
Tuesday, June 7 and July 8 are the last days to add/drop a course in the first and second summer terms, respectively. No exceptions will be made to this policy. These dates are also the last dates by which to drop a course with no financial penalty or transcript notation. Thereafter grades of WP or WF will be assigned, depending on the quality of the student’s work in the course. These courses and grades will be noted on the student’s transcript. Students wishing to withdraw from a course after the add/drop deadline have until 5:00 pm of the last day of class. For Summer I this date is Wednesday, July 6 and for Summer II it is Tuesday, August 9.
Wofford students repeating courses, whether previously failed or passed, must request a repeat override from the Registrar’s Office. Requests can be made by emailing email@example.com with your name, id number, and the subject and number of the course to be repeated. Students can repeat a maximum of four courses during their Wofford careers.
Students expecting to complete all degree requirements during either summer session, who have not applied to graduate, must visit the Registrar's Office prior to the end of the add/drop period in order to do so.
Cancellation of Courses
The College reserves the right to cancel any course when the enrollment is insufficient.
