What does SI mean to you?
To me, SI means that I have the chance of a lifetime, not simply because it helps fund my college experience, but because it gives me the chance to grow as a young adult. It provides countless oppurtunities to help me shape my future and learn more about myself as an individual. It demands that I try new things and expand my creativity. It helps make learning interesting and fun and informs me about different cultures of the world. SI creates a home away from home for me. The doors are always open and there is always someone who genuinely cares about you and is willing to talk about any situation you are dealing with. With the support and love of SI, I know that whatever obstacle comes my way, I will always be able to overcome it and have a family with me every step of the way. To me SI means everything.
