The vision of the Success Initiative is to embrace Wofford College’s liberal arts philosophy of education as the best preparation for successful living.
Mission
The mission of the Wofford College Success Initiative, a co-curricular learning community, is to develop students’ ability to exert disproportionate, positive influence on society in the twenty-first century.
This influence may extend to their future roles in their professions, government service, and commerce, and in their civic and personal lives. Throughout Wofford College’s century and a half of dedication to the liberal arts, her alumni have established this legacy of achievement. The Success Initiative is designed to carry that legacy into the twenty-first century.
