Yoga Class
Yoga class is offered every Thursday during fall semester, as part of the "Fitness @ 5:30" series. Our instructor, Ellen Tawler, is a certified instructor. A 2005 study found that with regular practice, test subjects' flexibility, balance, muscular strength, and endurance improved. But yoga's best health benefit is reducing stress. Come reduce your physical and mental stress and bring balance into your life by attending this class.
