   A guest list if you are having an on campus party, social, tailgate, or formal. Fraternity House parties will use the most recently submitted guest list.

Note: Wristbands must be used to identify students who are 21 or older if alcohol is being consumed at the event. Wristbands may be picked up from the Director of Student Activities and Greek Life, please return unused wristbands.

If alcohol will be present at this event, please check beside each of the following:

I (we) understand and will abide by the alcoholic beverage laws of the State of South Carolina, including the following: 
    a. If alcohol is present at the event, all those who consume must be at least 21 years old, and possess a photo ID as proof of age. 
    b. No one may provide alcoholic beverages to persons who are under 21 years old. Members and guests who are under 21 are not allowed to consume alcohol. 
    c. Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold on college property. “Sale” includes such practices as charging admission, selling cups, having a common fund, requesting/requiring donations, etc. All events where alcohol is present must be BYOB (individuals must purchase and transport their own alcohol). Wofford College restricts alcohol use to student events approved by the Dean of Students.

I (we) agree not to allow consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone who is visibly intoxicated.

I (we) understand that common containers (kegs, beer balls, pony kegs, quantities over 32 oz.) are not permitted on Wofford College owned or leased property.

I (we) understand that we are responsible for all damages that occur as a result of my (our) event and guests.

I (we) understand that we are responsible for all cleaning of all areas affected by the event upon conclusion of the event. This includes picking up all trash (including cigarette butts), inside, as well as outside (deck, patio, surrounding walkways) the event. This includes separating recyclables, sweeping and mopping areas adjacent to the event, including hallways, bathrooms, and stairwells. All clean up must begin at the closing of the event and be concluded within 2 hours of the event ending.

I (we) understand that live music at the event will end at 12am on Saturdays and 2am on Fridays, and that no noise should be audible outside the room/lounge/house after that time. Events in locations other than fraternity houses may have a specified ending time at which the Campus Safety Officers will close the college room and building.

I (we) understand that our members will follow all guest list policies and procedures set by our national organization and guest list policies and procedures set by Wofford College.

I (we) understand that all organizations must hire police/security coverage if the expected number of guests is more than 100 or if alcohol will be present at the event.

I (we) understand that failure or inability to contain the event to a reasonable size may result in the event ending early.

Wofford College treats Wofford students and their guests as responsible adults and expects them to act accordingly. I (we) acknowledge that Wofford, and/or its employees, are not responsible for the conduct of Wofford students and their guests and are aware that the sponsoring organization accepts full responsibility for the actions of its members and guests.
