||What are the intersections between civic engagement, justice, and social change? Dr. Corey Dolgon will examine the connections between these three central concerns of a liberal arts education, bringing his own experience as a leader in civic engagement on college campuses.

Dr. Corey Dolgon is Professor of Sociology and Director of
Community Based Learning at Stonehill College in Massachusetts. He
served as Chair of Worcester State College Department of Sociology,
where he directed the Center for Service Learning and Civic Engagement.
Dr. Dolgon is the author of three books, including the forthcoming
Living Sociology: Social Problems, Service Learning, and Civic
Engagement, and a number of works on grass-roots activism and the power
of popular culture.
