 Brian Lemere
Associate Dean of Students and Director of Residence Life

Lemere has a BS in financial management and a master’s degree in human resources from Clemson University. He joined the Wofford community in July of 2005. He previously worked in the residence life and student affairs offices at Clemson University, Furman University and Greenville Technical College. He also served as administrator at Berea First Baptist Church in Greenville, S.C., for five years. Lemere’s wife, Angie, is the Spartanburg School District Six choral coordinator.

J. Allen Lollis J. Allen Lollis
Assistant Director of Residence Life

Lollis has a BA in history from Wofford College and a master's in marriage and family therapy from Converse College. He joined the Wofford staff in August 2015. Before assuming his current role he served as resident director, case manager for the Wellness Center and coordinator for student activities. He has been active in professional associations, serving on conference planning committees for the S.C. Housing Officers Association (SCHOA) and for the S.C. College Personnel Association (SCCPA). Lollis also is active in political and legislative advocacy, specifically for mental health and related issues, serving as the legislative chair for the state association of marriage and family therapists.

Resident Director 

Lawing is a resident director with the Office of Residence Life. He joined the Wofford staff in July 2017. He graduated from Appalachian State University in 2015 with a BA in electronic media/broadcasting and a minor in criminal justice. As an undergraduate, he served as a resident assistant for three years and was an active representative for university recreation. Lawing is pursuing a master’s of arts degree in higher education with a concentration in community college and university leadership at Appalachian State.
