Register for On-Campus Housing
Refund Policy
Tuition: No tuition charge will be made for a course or courses officially dropped in the Registrar’s Office on or before June 4 in the first term and July 9 in the second term. No tuition refund will be made for a course or courses dropped after that day.
Room and Board: If a student withdraws completely from either summer term within the first two weeks of the term, charges for that term’s room and board will be prorated by the Business Office according to length of the residence. After the first two weeks of the term there will be no refund on room and board.
Drop/Add
Thursday, June 4 is the last day to add a course in the first term and Thursday, July 9 will be the last day to register for courses in the second term. No exceptions will be made to this policy. The last day to drop a course without paying for the course or without the course and grade appearing on your record is Thursday, June 4 for first term and Thursday, July 9 in the second term. Thereafter grades of WP or WF are assigned, depending on the quality of the student’s work and the course and grade become part of the student’s transcript. A grade of WF is assigned when the student does not request the drop. Courses may not be dropped later than 5:00 p.m. on the last day of regular classes.
Repeated Courses
Wofford students repeating courses, whether previously failed or passed, must complete a Repeated Course Form available in the Registrar’s Office.
Seniors
Students expecting to complete graduation requirements during the 2009 summer session must see the Registrar prior to the end of the drop/add period to register for graduation.
Cancellation of Courses
The College reserves the right to cancel any course when the enrollment is insufficient.
