SPARTANBURG, SC—Wofford College professor Dr. Doug Rayner has published his new book, “A Guide to the Wildflowers of South Carolina.” He recently was featured in the Spartanburg Herald-Journal. (Click here.)

Rayner, who teaches botany, ecology and evolution, co-authored the book with Richard Dwight Porcher, professor of biology and director of the herbarium at The Citadel in Charleston, S.C.

A native of Berlin, N.H., Rayner holds a Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina.
