, S.C. –The Wofford Chamber Players will present a concert on Thursday, Nov. 16, at 6 p.m. in the Anna Todd Wofford Center.The event is free and open to the public.

 

The program includes Telemann’s Sonata #9 in C Major, Allegro; W.A. Mozart’s Menuetto Trio from Symphony #39, K. 543; F.J. Haydn’s Andante Cantabile from String Quartet; F. Mazas’ Duet for Two Violins, Op. 70 32, Allegro Moderato, featuring Wofford student violinists Jack Richardson, a junior from Spartanburg, S.C., and Stephen Strickland, a freshmen from Spartanburg, S.C.; and Sonata in D Major for Two Violins, Andante, Allegro Assai, as arranged for String Orchestra by G. Tartini.

 

The program will be led under the direction of Dr. Eun-Sun Lee, associate professor of music and director of the Wofford Chamber Players.
