Program at a Glance
Wofford College strives to assist students in selecting appropriate study abroad programs of high quality which promote their academic growth while developing their intercultural competence. Throughout the advising process, the Office of International Programs works with the students to formulate goals appropriate to their academic and professional plans. These goals can include academic/intellectual goals, linguistic goals, professional goals, and personal goals. Often students express having developed problem solving skills, established proficiency in a foreign language, gained a sense of direction in their future career, and developed a sense of cultural identity and awareness.
Wofford has partnered with several institutions and study abroad providers to offer a variety of year-long, semester, and summer programs.
