Emergency Information
Emergencies during office hours are handled immediately in Counseling Services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or an overwhelming crisis, please come immediately to the office, located in the Hugh R. Black Building directly across from Marsh and Greene Residence Halls. You will be seen as soon as possible for an emergency consultation. In the event of an evening or weekend crisis, call Campus Safety at 597-4911 and they will contact the appropriate staff member to assist you.

Rape Crisis:
Safe Homes/Rape Crisis of Spartanburg is an off-campus resource that provides confidential services for assault survivors. Services include: crisis intervention; advocacy throughout medical, police interviews, and legal proceedings; and individual counseling. Individual and group therapy is provided on a sliding scale fee basis.
