Outreach & Prevention Programs

The Wellness Center sponsors outreach programs in wellness and personal growth areas that are of interest to Wofford Students.

The outreach programs’ activities are designed to disseminate information, promote wellness, and to aid personal development. While these programs may assist participants in identifying problem areas, they are not intended as a substitute for health care. These activities are available to all members of the Wofford community.

Some examples of Outreach Programs can include:
National Alcohol Awareness Week (October)
Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October)
Great American Smokeout (November)
AIDS Awareness (December)
Wellness Fair (Spring)
Spring Break Awareness
