When are tuition bills mailed?
July 15, 2007 for the fall semester and December 15, 2007 for the spring semester
When are tuition payments due?
August 15, 2007 for fall semester and January 15, 2008 for spring semester
When are reservation deposits due?
January 15, 2007 for early decision, March 15, 2007 for returning students, May 1, 2007 for new or transfer students
Do you accept credit cards for payment of tuition and fees?
Wofford College does not accept credit cards for tuition and fee payment. Credit cards are accepted by the TuitionPay payment plan service for enrolled participants (fees apply).
Do you have a monthly payment plan?
Yes, a payment plan option is offered through TuitionPay
Can I check my balance online?
Enrolled students who have received their Wofford Identification number can access balance information online at www.wofford.edu and then selecting BannerWeb.
Do I still pay the Wofford Interim fee if I do a Wofford Travel interim?
All students are charged the Wofford Interim rate resident or day as appropriate. Independent, on or off –campus, there is no difference. You are paying for the 4 hours of credit. If you choose to participate in one of the travel interims, there may be additional costs over and above the base interim rate which are not included.
How will I be contacted if there is an issue with my student account?
Correspondence related to financial matters are sent via email from the Office of Financial Aid and Business Office to the student’s Wofford email address. Accordingly, any unpaid financial debt which requires action by the Registrar’s Office will also be communicated via email.
Where are refunds mailed?
Refunds are mailed in the name of the student to the student’s home address with exception of those accounts with PLUS loans. Accounts with PLUS loans that are due a refund will have the refund made payable to the parent who has made the loan obligation and mailed to the parent’s address. Refunds are not delivered to the student’s campus box.
How are refunds handled for participants in the TuitionPay payment plan?
If you participate in the TuitionPay payment plan, overages cannot be refunded until you have completed all payments to TuitionPay per your contracted amount. If you anticipate that you will have overpaid, you should contact TuitionPay as soon as possible to reduce your contract amount so that you can prevent overpayment or at least minimize the amount of overpayment.
How will I receive funds if I am the recipient of study abroad travel grant or scholarship?
Study abroad travel grants and scholarships are handled like any other financial aid and are applied directly to the student’s account. Note that the funds are applied directly to the semester for which they relate and are not available prior to the semester begin date.
