Visit the Wofford College Bookstore
Wofford’s Bookstore is located with frontage on North Church Street. It will be open during Family Weekend at the following times:
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 
Sunday: 12:00 noon – 3:00 p.m.

Purchase Your Wofford Class Ring 
Be sure to order your class ring while you are at the Wofford College Bookstore. A Josten's representative will be at the bookstore at the following times:
Thursday: 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.   

Tour the newly opened Rosalind Sallenger Richardson Center for the Arts
Plan a time to visit Wofford's beautiful new Rosalind Sallenger Richardson Center for the Arts. The hours of the Richardson Family Art Museum have been extended for Family Weekend 2017 and admission is free. Click here for more information.

All Day | Meetings with Professors
Parents are invited to make appointments to meet with professors. Students may arrange the appointments or families may contact professors directly. Visit the online directory  for contact information. 

3:30 p.m. -5:00 p.m. | Study Abroad 101 for Families of Spring 2018 Applicants
Gray-Jones Room, Burwell Building
Families of students who plan to study abroad during the Spring 2018 semester are invited to join us in the Gray-Jones Room on the first floor of Burwell Building. Family members are encouraged to ask questions and learn about resources available to them and their students. Please RSVP to the Office of International Programs at internationalprograms@wofford.edu if you plan on attending.

Jerome Johnson Richardson Theatre, Rosalind Sallenger Richardson Center for the Arts
Join the Wofford Parent Association's chairs, Mariellen and Jim Deyling, for an open forum. Bring your questions and plan to attend this informative event! The forum will be available through live stream on the Wofford Parents Facebook page.

Wofford students and their families are invited to join the Wofford Activities Council for a Dessert Reception to wrap up the first day of Family Weekend!

Saturday, September 23rd

 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Hub City Farmers’ Market
Located at 498 Howard Street
Head across the street from Wofford’s campus to the  Hub City Farmers’ Market . There you’ll find a variety of produce, meats, eggs, artisan crafts and prepared foods. Vendors also offer cooking demonstrations, children’s activities, live music and more!

9:00 a.m. | Family Weekend 5K Fun Run/Walk
Seal of Old Main
Start the day off right with a run/walk through Wofford’s beautiful campus. This event is sponsored by the Wofford Activities Council. Click here to register for the 5K Fun Run/Walk!

 9:30-10:30 a.m. | The Order of 1854: The Wofford Heritage Society Brunch
The Pavilion (located adjacent to Wightman Hall)
The Order of 1854: The Wofford Heritage Society celebrates students and alumni with a family tradition of attending Wofford that spans two or more generations. All members of The Order of 1854: Wofford Heritage Society are invited to attend this brunch. Members of the Class of 2021 will be welcomed into the society. This event is invitation only. Families are welcome to tour the library to see the students’ favorite places to study, meet library staff and faculty, and learn about the various resources offered to students to support their research.   

10:00 - 11:30 a.m. Diversity and Inclusion Drop-In
Meadors Multicultural House, Stewart H. Johnson Greek Village
Come to a drop-in sponsored by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion for families and loved ones of students of color, first generation students, and students who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Question, Intersex, and Asexual. 11:30 a.m. | First-Year Families Tailgate
Richardson Family Pavilion at the Stewart H. Johnson Greek Village
Join the Wofford Activity Council for a tailgate drop-in for the families of our first-year students! Taco Dog will be served, but families are welcome to bring their own food. 

1:30 p.m. | Wofford vs. Gardner-Webb Football 
Gibbs Stadium 
Wear your old gold and black and head to Gibbs Stadium to cheer on your Terriers!   Tickets may be purchased online here or by calling the Wofford Athletic Ticket Office at 864-597-4090.  Click here  for complete ticket information.

Sunday, September 24th 

11:00 a.m. | Worship Service at Central United Methodist Church
Central United Methodist Church, 233 N. Church Street
Students and their families are invited to worship at Central United Methodist Church, the founding church of Wofford College. Chaplain Ron Robinson will be preaching for this special Family Weekend service. Central UMC is located just down North Church Street and is a quick walk from Wofford's campus and the Spartanburg downtown Marriott.
