Position: The Financial Management Program (FMP) is a three-year program designed to give participants broad exposure to key areas within the Company. Position: This is an entry level management position with the stipulation that the successful candidate must have the credentials and ability to become a 9 store Division Manager within 5 years. His primary responsibility will be the development of manager trainees, managers, and district managers. Compensation will be between 75-100K.
