The campus safety staff provides safety and security for the campus community.  It is also a goal of the staff to uphold and enforce campus regulations and applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Officers are trained and certified through the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.  The officers are uniformed and armed to protect the college community.  The department is also responsible for registering all vehicles and issuing identification cards for each member of the campus community.
