Chamber Music at Wofford
Founded in 2005, the Department of Music offers an annual Chamber Music Series bringing to campus international guest artists for a stimulating festival of chamber music.
Past guest performers have included pianists Kyoko Hashimoto and William Ransom. This year's performers include David Kim, Concertmaster of The Philadelphia Orchestra and William Preucil, Concertmaster of The Cleveland Orchestra.
All chamber music performances are free and open to the public.

For the 2009-10 season, the series will welcome the following performance groups:
Monday, October 5 at 7 p.m.
Edoardo Catemario, Guitarist from Italy and Eun-Sun Lee, Violinist
The program will include works by J. S. Bach, Scarlatti, Paganini, and Piazzolla.

Monday, November 9 at 7 p.m. "The Juilliard School Graduates Reunion" Concert
David Kim, violin; Eun-Sun Lee, viola; and William Ransom, pianist Leonard Auditorium, Main Building David Kim is the Concertmaster of The Philadelphia Orchestra and a graduate of The Juilliard School. Eun-Sun Lee is a violinist and graduate of The Juilliard School performing the viola and William Ransom is a pianist and graduate of The Juilliard School.

The Chamber Music Series is led under the direction of Dr. Eun-Sun Lee, associate professor of music and director of Wofford Chamber Players. A former scholarship student under Dorothy Delay at The Juilliard School, Dr. Lee’s solo and chamber music recitals throughout the United States include performances in New York City at the Metropolitan Museum, Carnegie Hall and Kaufman Concert Hall at the 92nd Street Y, among others.
