Childcare Services:
Central UMC on North Church Street (just a block from Wofford and the downtown activities) will be the site for child care during Homecoming Weekend. Childcare services will be offered both Friday and Saturday evenings from 6 - 11:30PM. Children ages infant to 12 years are welcome. The cost is $50 for the first child in your family, and each additional child is $20 per night. Many families have taken advantage of the service during previous Homecomings. Children must be pre-registered, and reservations must be made by October 23 by calling 864-597-4208 or printing the form from the web site at homecoming.wofford.edu and faxing it to 864-597-4219. Children will receive a Wofford t-shirt, a pizza dinner and snack. Movies and activities will be available. Parents will need to send any formula and bottles, baby food, “sippy cups”, diapers, a change of clothes or pajamas, blanket, small pillow, and favorite stuffed animal or doll (everything should be labeled).
