Be a part of the 14th edition of the Orbiting Seminar

For the last thirteen years, alumni, friends and anyone with an
interest in the local history of South Carolina have had an opportunity to
participate in an annual two-day experience offered by Wofford College.
The Orbiting Seminar is an adaptation of an Interim Project offered by Dr.
Lewis P. Jones in 1968 and 1970 as a month long travel program around the state
of South Carolina. Participants in either of those original seminars
still herald it as the best experience of their lives. In 1999, the
Wofford College Alumni Office began a series where this month long experience
was modified into a series of yearly, two-day travel seminars, open to anyone
with an interest in the history of the state.
