*Applicants from all deadlines must complete the FAFSA by March 1, 2014, in order to receive a financial aid package by the listed date. Early Decision applicants must complete the ED Estimator by December 1 in order to be given an estimated financial aid package.
This application deadline is
recommended for students for whom Wofford is a clear first choice.
This application deadline is binding which means that students who are admitted Early Decision are expected to enroll at Wofford and withdraw all applications to other schools. Students admitted through Early Decision must pay their $500 nonrefundable enrollment deposit ($300 for commuting students) and withdraw applications to all other colleges and universities by January 15. Students
applying Early Decision to Wofford may not apply to other institutions in a
binding Early Decision option. All applicants for Early Decision can be considered for merit
and need-based financial aid. If you would like to discuss your plans to apply Early Decision before making the commitment, please call us at 864.597.4130 to speak with an admission counselor.
This application deadline is recommended for
students who do not have a clear first choice college at the point of application.
Early Action is a non-binding application deadline and allows
students to receive a decision about admission and scholarship earlier in the
process than a Regular Decision applicant. Students must apply by November 15 and, if admitted, have until May 1 to make a decision about
where they will enroll. The nonrefundable $500 enrollment deposit ($300 for
commuting students) is due on or before May 1.
This application deadline
is recommended for students who do not have a clear first choice at the point
of application and cannot meet the Early Action deadline.
Students must apply by February 1 and,
if admitted, have until May 1 to make a decision about where they will enroll.
The nonrefundable $500 enrollment deposit ($300 for commuting students) is due on
or before May 1.
